Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains what information Holy Media ("we", "us") collects through holymedia.in, why we collect it and how we look after it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Details you send us: when you use our price request or enquiry forms, we receive what you type, such as your name, phone number, email, event details and message. These forms open WhatsApp with your message filled in, and a copy is emailed to us through our form service (Web3Forms).
  • Website usage data: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and approximate location. These tools use cookies. Clarity masks what you type into forms.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and deliver the services you book.
  • To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry or booking.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help run this website and our communication: WhatsApp (Meta), Web3Forms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, and then delete them.

Photos and videos from events

Footage we record at events belongs to the client who booked us, as agreed in the booking. We may use selected clips or images in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to. We blur personal details, such as phone numbers, before publishing any work.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
