Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply when you book Holy Media for an event or a digital project. By paying the booking advance, you agree to them.

Braj events: booking & payment

• A 40% advance confirms your booking and blocks the date and team for you.
• The balance is due on the last day of the event, before the footage is handed over.
• One event day covers up to 4 hours. Longer sessions are charged per extra hour.
• Events outside Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan and Barsana: travel and stay are charged at actual cost.
• If the event runs fewer days or hours than booked, the booked amount still applies.

Cancellation & refunds

• The booking advance is non-refundable once paid, whenever the cancellation happens.
• No further payment is due after a cancellation by the client.
• If Holy Media cancels for reasons within our control, we refund the full advance.

One free date change

• You can change your event date once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 7 days before the original date.
• Your advance moves to the new date, which must be within 2 months of the original date and subject to our availability.
• Date-change requests made less than 7 days before the event are treated as a cancellation.

Change of venue

• Please tell us about any venue change at least 7 days before the event.
• Later changes are accepted only if we can arrange them, and any extra transport or setup cost is charged at actual cost.

Events beyond anyone's control

If an event cannot go ahead because of weather, government orders, a power failure at the venue or similar causes beyond our control, the advance is not refunded, but you can move to a new date free of charge (within 2 months, subject to availability).

Footage & live streams

• Raw footage copied to your own drive is included free. Online download links are charged separately.
• We may use selected clips and images in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• Live streams depend on mobile internet at the venue. We bring backup connections on two networks, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming if both networks fail.

Digital services

• Projects are billed in stages (milestones) as set out in your proposal. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
• Advances are non-refundable once work has started. Work completed before a cancellation is billable.
• Final files and access are handed over once payment is complete.
